Dimensional weight calculations:
(L X W X H)/150=Dimensional Weight
Ie- a box of pillows is 10 lbs and has dimensions of 25” x 10” x 12”
(25 x 10 x 12)/150 = 20 lbs billable weight
Minimum: $10.00 per shipment and/or $5.00 per piece
Surcharge: $0.15/lb Billable Weight

Customs Fees
Duty Rates: Vary based on Bahamas Customs duty structure. Inland freight on the invoice will be used in calculation. Please see common duty rates. Feel free to contact us for any duty rate questions
Customs Processing: 1% of shipment cost (minimum $10.00) for duty paid shipments
VAT (Customs): 10% of Landed Value
Landed Value = Shipment Cost + Freight + Duty + Customs Processing + Levy
Brokerage
Brokerage for Duty Paid Shipments:
$5.00 for simple one line personal items under $150.00 value
$10.00 for simple personal entries over one line and shipments over $150.00 value
$25.00 for larger personal entries up to 10 lines
$5.00 each additional line after 10 lines
$25.00 for simple company entries (if a company name is present on the invoice, customs requires the shipment to be on a dedicated entry)
