Invoices

In efforts to save paper, most shipments no longer arrive with invoices, please email all invoices to: Invoices.gps@gmail.com

Please send in PDF format or a printable attachment such as a word document

Please name the file starting with your name
Name – Shipper – Description.pdf

ie: Craig Donahue – Amazon – Clothing.pdf

Be sure to email invoices right after ordering to avoid any processing delays

WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP WITHOUT INVOICES

We will likely contact you if we have an item without an invoice, however, it may take time and we are not responsible to contact you for invoices.

Amazon Invoices:

  • Log into your Amazon account on a COMPUTER

  • Select YOUR ORDERS

  • Locate the order(s) for which you require invoices

  • Click INVOICE on the top right of each order to open the invoice

  • Once invoice is open, click PRINT INVOICE

  • Once prompted, change printer to SAVE AS PDF

  • Save each invoice somewhere you will remember

  • Please name it: YOUR NAME-AMAZON- DESCRIPTION.PDF

  • ie: Craig Donahue-Amazon-Clothing.pdf

  • Email the invoices ONLY to: Invoices.gps@gmail.com as attachments

  • Please include any special clearance instructions, if not duty paid

Company Shipments

Please note that all shipments which have a company name on the invoice will be consigned to and cleared under the company. This shipment will be required to be on an independent entry and the minimum brokerage fee of $25.00 applies if it is duty paid.

If you frequently ship both duty paid and bonded shipments for your company, we will need to be notified via email how each shipment is to be cleared. This can be indicated when you email the invoice.

The following documents are required for GPS to clear your shipments:
C44
• Bond letter
• Certificate of good standing
• Copy of a government issued ID

You must be registered with Click 2 Clear.

Consolidations

Consolidations are by request only. If you supply invoices ahead of time, we are able to check shipments off as they arrive and we will send once complete. If there are multiple shipments and multiple invoices and you indicate, hold until complete and consolidate, we will ship once the entire order is there. A consolidation fee will apply ($15.00 minimum per invoice)

Cutoff Time

In order to process, we require all shipments and documents to be in our possession by 4:00pm the day before our flight. This will ensure your shipment will be included, provided there is space available at that time. Same day acceptance and processing does require notification and our approval in order to guarantee it will fly same day. These approved shipments will need to be delivered by 11:00am, the day of the flight.

Hazmat

GPS Bahamas is authorized to transport approved hazardous material. Proper documentation must accompany shipment, which includes the Dangerous Goods Declaration. The shipment must be packaged and labeled in accordance with IATA/ICAO/FAA regulations and quantities must be within limits. If everything is approved a Hazmat transportation fee will apply ($35.00 minimum).
